Let's Get NAKED Part 2!

Hi girls,

Today I'm reviewing the Urban Decay NAKED basics palette and the UD NAKED nailpolish set for you :)

Urban Decay NAKED Basics:

Urban Decay's first mini palette that includes almost only matte colors. It's a cute little palette that includes 5 matte colors and one semi-matte shimmery (Venus). I actually didn't want to buy it since I have a lot of eyeshadow palettes and I thought it is pretty similar to my Naked 2 palette. But when I got the chance to swatch and play with it, I couldn't resist not buying it. I HAD to buy it! xP It's perfect for travelling, nice sized mirror and with the neutral shades you won't need any other palette. I love the size of it, easy to clean and handy, plus fits in every bag. There are 4 new colors in this palette, Foxy is already in the Naked 2 palette and 1 (WOS) is available as single eyeshadow.

INDOORS WITH LIGHT
INDOORS WITHOUT LIGHT
Venus: frosted color with yellow shimmer
Foxy: yellow-toned beige
W.O.S (Walk of shame): pink-toned beige
Naked 2: taupe with grey and yellow undertones
Faint: warm-dusty brown
Crave: really dark brown-black color (lighter than blackout)

Formula/pigmentation? Since they are matte, they are more powdery but still high pigmented and easy to blend ;)

Final thoughts: I think I don't have to tell you anymore how much I LOVE the Urban Decay palettes! If you love the other 2 Naked palettes you will easily fall in love with this one too. I am more than impressed with the quality of the eyeshadows in this palette, good quality eyeshadows for a reasonable price. Perfect for travel and the On-the-go touchup

Urban Decay NAKED nailpolish set:

Urban Decay realised, end 2012 - beginning this year, this new nailpolish set of 6 minis inspired by their NAKED (first) eyeshadow palette. In my opinion, this range of colors is pretty amazing, it goes from a very light nude color to a sparkly dark color and I think it includes colors that could look good on everybody with every skintone. So there are in fact 3 light colors and 3 dark colors. They have different finishes but for each you need two coats to get full coverage.
Price: 26$ - 22€

SEPHORA Says:
This irresistible nail polish kit features six of this season’s most sought-after shades in Urban Decay’s signature NAKED style. Featuring an inspired range of glitters, metallics, creams, and shimmers, each gorgeous hue proves that once again, neutral is anything but boring.

1st: NAKED

Warm opaque beige nude with a pinky-brown (depending on the light) touch -2 coats - Milky finish!

2nd: SIDECAR

Transparent pinked nude color with silver and pink shimmer - more of a topcoat in my opinion - 2-3 coats to full coverage, 1 as topper - bumpy finish because of the glitter!

3rd: TOASTED

Frosty-shimmery pink color with little sparkles - 2 coats - glossy finish!

4th: SMOG

Warm copper color with gold shift - 1 coat could be already enough - metallic finish!

5th: HUSTLE

Deep eggplant color with micro sparkles - 2 coats - metallic finish!

6th: CREEP

Black with little silver glitter - 2 coats - normal finish

Nail wheel:

Final thoughts: My favorites are Naked, Smog & Hustle :) My least favorite is sidecar cuz I have a bunch of colors that look like this.
I love the little nailpolish sets by Urban Decay, this would be my 3rd set.
What I don't like about the set is the box itself cuz I'm having a hard time to get them out of it, for each of them! I have to use tweezers for help to get them out -.-
But they didn't disappoint me with this set!!!

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE URBAN DECAY NAILPOLISH SETS? WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ONE, OR WHICH COLOR DO YOU LIKE THE MOST FROM THIS SET???

Weekend & Eastern are almost there, have a good one ;)

Deauty Box Of March!

Hey gurls,

I received the Deauty box of March some day ago and here is the post about it:

This month there are 5 products in it and 3 little Eastern eggs ^^

Purelogy Hydareting Shampoo + Conditioner (50 ml):

"A combination of jojoba and green tea with anti-fade complex that protects the coloration. A real magic potion to give back some shine to your color and maximise the lasting. And to bring it to perfection, the hydrating conditioner will untangle and nourish the hair giving it a softness and brilliance. Full size: 250 ml for both, 21,15€ for the shampoo and 24,20€ for the conditioner"

I haven't tried them yet so I can't tell you if they are good or not but I will do that this evening and then do an edit in this post!

Yves Saint Laurent - Forever Young Liberator (5 ml):

"This innovative range of the YSL Forever Young Liberator is based on one element: the glycanactif. This combination allows to unlock the cells that bloc the youth proces and reproduce glycanes to stimulate the mechanism of skin regeneration. For more flexible, smoother brighter skin. First results after 7 days. Full size: 50 ml & price: 89€."

I tried it today for the first time and I noticed that it has a formula that really buffs into the skin and you can feel some kind of taut effect.

Nuxe - Protecting Oil (30 ml):

"Travel format. A dry multy-purposing oil that nurishes. It repairs and softens the face skin, body skin and even... the hair. Composed of more than 8 different essential oils, it leaves a vacation fragrance in the air and makes the skin soft. Doesn't make the skin or hair greasy. You can put some drops in a hot bath and relax. Full size: 50 ml & price: 19,90€."

Haven't tried this yet but will update this post about what I think of it ;)

L'Oréal Paris - Nude Magic CC Cream (full size):

"CC like Color Correction. The new generation of BB adds a correction with an illuminating effect. You would like to correct your redness or make your dull color disappear? L'Oréal Paris oofers two unique versions of the CC cream to reply better to your needs. Between care and makeup, an effective solution and easy apply that replies to a complexe skin. Full size: 30 ml & price: 13,99€."

I tried it this morning and it's pretty orange... like orange. Maybe I used it the wrong way. I only applied it under my eyes like a conceiler since it's supposed to have a wake up effect but I don't know... I guess I need to check out some reviews maybe it works then...

Final thoughts: All in all I like this box! I'm already looking forward to the next one :)

Bye bye,

Irsada

New Purchases!

Hatschiiiii again!
I mean hi again,

I hope you guys are in better form than I am. I've been sick for days, and most of the time I spent resting in my bed waiting to feel good enough to stand up and be more productive. I actually had plenty of time to write 10 posts meanwhile but I just wasn't in the mood and condition the last few days, so in case you missed me SORRY for that. I feel already better today and here we go again!!!

I'm showing you today what I bought the last days when I made it out of my house. It's an haul post! :D

I decided to try some new foundations so I picked up these 3 new:

REVLON Photo Ready in #004 Nude - CHANEL Vitalumière Aqua ultra light skin perfecting makeup in #22 beige rosé - Bourjois healthy mix serum gel foundation in #52 Vanilla

Also did I decide that it's time to get the Urban Decay NAKED Basics :) and since I found a store in my proximity that sells a small range of Revlon products I bought the foundation mentioned above and this REVLON Colorstay eyeshadow palette in #14 Nude elements:

A closer look on the colors the new NAKED palette includes:

I will post swatches of it in the coming days.

NEW NAILPOLISHES!!!

1st row: Deborah Lippmann Candy Shop - OPI Mini Stay The Night (this was a gift by a friend) - China Glaze #1006 Pink Voltage

2nd row: KIKO #04 - KIKO #03 - KIKO #352 - KIKO #245

I already shot some pictures of Candy shop and Pink Voltage, so I will post them very soon ;)

NEW JEWELLERY!!!

My Konplott collection got bigger! I received for my birthday last year this beautiful turquoise ring and now I decided to get more. New light pink earrings and a ring with purple stones joined in. ^^
If you don't know this brand, all the pieces are designed by Miranda Konstantinidou, they are handmade and they used swarovski stones, online-shop HERE.

Finally I got something that has been on my wishlist for months :)

The Marc By Marc Jacobs Katie Turnlock ring in rose gold:

I just love the way it looks and this color =.=

And last but not least I decided to get a new photo lens for my Nikon D3100, to be able to shot even better pictures. Only for you! ;) It's a 35 mm photo lens!

Now leave me alone, I gotta play with my new stuff :P Let the fun begin!

READ YOU!!!
